What's on offer?

A unique ownership journey: You'll have the opportunity to gradually earn your way into ownership. You'll start as Restaurant Manager while signing a parallel ownership agreement. The ownership share is activated once specific goals are met, allowing you to build ownership over time - without any upfront financial investment.

You'll have significant freedom to lead, develop and shape the business - with full support from the owners. We can also assist in finding housing in Stavanger (rent paid by you). You'll receive a market-based salary with a clear link to performance and results.

• have restaurant and leadership experience
• have a strong business mindset, and a passion for creating both profitability and a workplace where people thrive and grow
• enjoys personnel responsibility - recruitment, employment, training, follow-up and scheduling
• loves working with people and can make both guests and colleagues feel comfortable at Pincho Nation 
• are good at daily administration in order to follow and achieve our set goals
• likes to be part of the daily operations
